- Search and identify suitable candidates through a covert and direct approach using our own extensive contacts
- Conducting intense and discreet interviews. Through our impressions of these discussions, you will receive a detailed confidential report, which in addition to a factual-technical assessment also aspects such as social skills, communication skills and other soft skills. Likewise, if agreed, you will receive the results of our personality and potential analysis tool INSIGHTS MDI® as well as, if requested, discussion content with the cited references
- Presentation of suitable candidates in your office or at a neutral location. In addition to the organization of the appointments, we also participate in the interview in order to provide you with further feedback on the candidate from a neutral point of view
- Organization of further appointments e.g. with supervisory board or advisory board as well as ongoing support in the further selection and decision-making process
