Over the past few years, the EXECUTIVE SERVICES GROUP recruitment consultancy has participated in a number of competitions and awards. The awards received are the proof of professional and sustainable work as a service provider and partner for companies and candidates. We are proud to present our awards here in detail.

HEADHUNTER OF THE YEAR in 2019, 2018 und 2017

With the „Headhunter of the Year“-Award, the best recruitment consultancy in Germany has been awarded for outstanding achievements since 2016. Rewarding innovation, honoring quality, and encouraging thought leaders – these are the guidelines for awarding the prize.

A top-class jury of experts as well as candidates and companies annually assess the submissions to the “Headhunter of the Year” and awarded the best personnel consultancy in German-speaking countries in five categories. In 2019 these categories are: Executive Search, Best Newcomer, Client Experience and Candidate Experience.

  • 2018 1st place in the category Candidate Experience

After our nomination last year, we are very happy that we were able to achieve first place in 2018. The category Candidate Experience plays a central role in recruiting, as the term Candidate Experience describes the external perception of the consultant/recruiter by candidates. The extreme scarcity of TOP candidates is a trend that recruiters – whether in companies or in personnel consultancy – have to deal with more and more. The struggle for the best talent and executives is becoming increasingly intense and more and more complex. A key factor in winning the contest is therefore a positive candidate experience. We convinced the candidates through a personal first contact, by the accuracy of the position to be filled, our consulting services from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract and further career support, our know-how and our professionalism. This first place is another positive proof of the steady, discreet and personal work of our consultants and partners. Inspired by this great result, we are looking forward to new, exciting and challenging projects and will continue to face the critical judgment of the jury and candidates in the future.

At the Headhunter of the year 2019 and 2017, we were among the nominees in the Candidate Experience category, making us one of the TOP consultants in Germany. Highest quality and respectability in dealing with candidates is the core of a successful direct approach especially in competitive industries. We are very pleased that all our partners represented throughout Germany have scored highly and received excellent ratings. This is an incentive for us to keep up with the best in the future, as candidate scarcity and the increasing emancipation of candidates will only be successfully mastered with excellent quality in Direct Search.



FOCUS-Business: Top service in Executive Search in 2019, 2018, 2015 und 2014

Every year, the magazine “FOCUS” looks behind the scenes of the headhunting and recruiting industry. On behalf of Statista, an independent market research company, in a comprehensive empirical survey, interviewed HR managers and private individuals on personnel service providers in Germany.

The company identified the best personnel service providers in Germany in the magazine “FOCUS BUSINESS – Gehalt und Karriere”.

We are very proud that in 2019, 2018, 2015 and 2014, the EXECUTIVE SERVICES GROUP was honored as a “Top Personnel Service Provider” in the field of Executive Search for special achievements, making us one of the best Executive Search recruitment consultancies in Germany.

In the age of digitization, there are many opportunities to provide important or useful information on the extensive topics of recruitment and human resource management to interested companies or candidates. At the end of 2017, our association decided to map this through its own corporate blog.

Some of our blog posts were discovered during a recruiting screening by HR monkeys, a recruitment media buying agency, and featured the TOP BLOG RECRUITING 2017 award.
